Return Policy:
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging condition (product boxes, manuals, software, etc.) and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Returned shipments to KastlesKorner.com with missing accessories, components, documentation or damaged product packaging boxes will not be processed. To obtain your RMA# please email support@kastleskorner.com.
Returns must be received by KastlesKorner.com within 30 days of the original invoice date. Due to limited stock, replacements products may not be available immediately.
KastlesKorner.com is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels.
All sales are final. If the customer decides to cancel their order whether the order has been shipped or still being processed, KastlesKorner.com shall have the right to charge a 20% order cancellation fee. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. If a customer cancel's an order which was advertised with free shipping, KastlesKorner.com shall have the right to charge the customer any shipping fee's inquired to shipping the item to the customer.
No used items will be accepted back from customers regardless of issue.

KastlesKorner.com shall either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that KastlesKorner.com found the product to be defective. KastlesKorner.com reserves the right to replace defective product with different brand.
Refunds:
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by KastlesKorner.com. For returns of merchandise directly purchased from and fulfilled by KastlesKorner.com, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies, even to promotional funds that have been refunded to your account due to a return.
Gift Refunds:
If you return an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from KastlesKorner.com, you'll receive a refund for the value of your return in one of two forms:
- For gifts purchased through your Wish List, we'll send you a check.
- Otherwise, we'll send you an KastlesKorner.com gift certificate, which can be used toward future purchases at KastlesKorner.com
The refund will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return. To determine if an item was designated as a gift, check the bottom of the packing slip that came with the shipment for words that say either "We hope you enjoy this gift" or "This shipment represents part of your gift."
Packing & Sending Your Return :
Once you have obtained return authorization, please follow the steps outlined here to ensure quick turnaround on processing your return.
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
3. Ship the package USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation. Do not use Signature Confirmation or Insure the package unless specifically requested.
